poor management

absolutely disappointed with my stay! the room was simply too cramped for their so-called deluxe standard. also, why were the pipes clanking like a marching band all night. i would have expected a welcoming gift for the inconvenience, but instead, i was treated like everyone else. i almost thought it could've been nice, but just couldn't.

therapeutic pools

This was just a fitting option for a weekend escape in Moree with decent value for money. Had a great time soaking in the therapeutic thermal pools, especially the one indoors that was really hot. Make sure to bring your own food as dining options are limited nearby.

Couldn't recommend more for a quick weekend visit

Spacious room, lovely pools, and convenient wi-fi made our stay enjoyable, especially with the complimentary breakfast setup and easy access to free parking for our vehicle.

Everything exceeded my hopes.

Thermal pools are a highlight, but room condition needs attention

We really enjoyed the thermal pools which were lovely and perfect for relaxing. our Budget Double Room left much to be desired with issues like dust and noticeable wear in the furnishings. The overall condition of the room made it feel less than welcoming, and a bit of maintenance would greatly improve the experience.

the pools were fantastic for soaking after a long day. and the staff was incredibly welcoming, offering helpful recommendations for local spots. room service was prompt, and the housekeeping maintained a clean space.
